You will oversee the general operations and overall performance of our veteran talent partnerships and placements, ensuring this business stream is efficient, profitable, and delivers exceptional candidate care to our veteran talent.
You will:
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of veteran talent, ensuring Manpower (MPG) Defence & Aerospace (D&A) continues to be the market leader as the partner of choice for veteran talent.Work with our D&A recruiters and other broader MPG recruiters to bridge the gap between client needs and veteran placements, identifying the right job opportunities and organizations for our veterans.Build our market differentiator by growing and maintaining a sizeable veteran talent pool.Main responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, operations management, sales and business development, candidate management, customer satisfaction, and risk management.To be successful, you will need to demonstrate: Several years' experience in a senior recruitment or talent management role.A deep understanding of the defence industry.Strong business acumen, being strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial when dealing with our strategic alliances.A passion for helping veterans and the ability to translate military experience and skills to civilian life.You must be an Australian Citizen and already baseline security cleared.Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.Drive and hunger to succeed, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.Flexibility and agility, solutions-focused, ambitious, honest, resilient, and a high-energy go-getter!What you'll get in return: Recruit for a veteran talent partner of choice.The opportunity to join a high-performing team of defence recruitment professionals.Hybrid working environment.A supportive and innovative culture that encourages development and is passionate about helping veterans.At ManpowerGroup, we care about people and the role of work in their lives.
