If you are looking for your next opportunity, ready toplay a crucial role in providing high-quality veterinary care and exceptional customer service at a locally loved clinic, this is it!Riverway is ready to go and equipped to offer a full range of services to small animal patients - including a dedicated Radioactive Iodine Room, with inhouse and external training for you to upskill in this area.About your new role:Full-time position undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical carePerforming minor procedures when requiredCaring, handling and cleaning all animalsMaintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipmentReception duties including being the first point of contact for clients, handling client enquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patientsWhat are we looking for?Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalentMinimum 2+ years of clinical experienceGood knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing proceduresExceptional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well autonomously and within a team environmentExperience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
