About the role Reporting to the Training Manager, your key responsibilities would include:
Seminar DeliverThe Contractor is to review all content to be delivered, and assessment tasks to be explained to students, and prepare any additional content that they may choose to include within the delivery to students.The Contractor has discretion over how they will present the learning and assessment materials to students, while still ensuring that all content is covered within the overarching structure provided as per the relevant Facilitator Instruction Guide.The Contractor will conduct a seminar of 1 or 2 days in duration (as per the relevant Facilitator Instruction Guide) that meets learning and assessment requirements with students, whilst ensuring that all learning outcomes and regulatory requirements are met.Private AssessmentThe Contractor is to review all content to be delivered, and assessment tasks to be explained to students, and prepare any additional content that they may choose to include within the delivery to students.The Contractor has discretion over how they will present the learning and assessment materials to students, while still ensuring that all content is covered within the overarching structure provided as per the relevant Facilitator Instruction Guide.The Contractor will conduct a private assessment of 2 hours (for 1 student) or 3 hours (for 2 students) that meets learning and assessment requirements, whilst ensuring that all learning outcomes and regulatory requirements are met.Online WorkshopThe Contractor is to review all content to be delivered, and assessment tasks to be explained to students, and prepare any additional content that they may choose to include within the delivery to students.The Contractor will conduct an online workshop of 4 hours in duration that meets learning and assessment requirements with students, whilst ensuring that all learning outcomes and regulatory requirements are met.The Contractor is required to complete all paperwork completion requirements that have been identified by AIPC.Meeting AttendanceAttendance at scheduled Marker/Facilitator meetings – 1 hour per month.About You Minimum education level of a Diploma of Counselling/Community Services or a related field; however, degree level qualifications in Counselling/Community Services or a related field are preferable.Relevant vocational qualifications and experience in the industry.Certification in training and assessment (e.g., TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.Why work with us?
