Are you a dynamic and relationship-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Vet.CT are looking for a part-time Client Manager to join our friendly and growing team in Perth, Australia.
This role plays a pivotal part in fostering client relationships, supporting to drive business growth as well as ensuring that the highest level of customer service is given to our global clients using a patient's first approach.
Hours and days required:
1 or 2 weekdays either Wednesday and/or Friday (7.5 hours per day) Plus 1 in 4 weekends or Saturday and Sunday (7.5 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities Veterinary customer service via telephone and email communication Interaction with the Clinical Case Manager on shift and Client Relationship Manager Troubleshooting image transfer and software platform usage e.g. Kibana Monitoring Adding additional body areas to cases and discussing this with clients Prioritising the different levels of enquiries based on patient first process Assisting with Client resolutions and feedback Managing client email enquiries Build professional relationships with new and existing clients Ensure timely and successful delivery of services to clients, to constantly improve client expectations Liaise between clients and internal teams Working with the leadership team on developing and delivering client service and engagement initiatives Requirements Skills Required Unrivaled customer service skills Excellent communication and relationship building ability Ability to problem solve and use own initiative Ability to calmly prioritise and multi-task Reliable and organised with excellent time management skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure Adaptable and able to take on/delegate multiple tasks Strong team player, flexible and self-motivated Experience And Qualifications Knowledge and/or experience in the veterinary industry Veterinary nursing qualification (desirable but not essential) Knowledge and/or experience in digital medical imaging Experience of coordinating multiple clients Strong customer service experience Benefits 20 days plus public holidays (Pro Rata) Superannuation pension plan Employee Assistance Programme Company shares scheme (after 12 months of employment) Inclusion and Diversity Vet.CT is an equal opportunities employer and makes all employment decisions without regard to age, national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any characteristic protected by law.
