The Vessel Master is responsible for navigation, crew leadership, safety drills, and management systems as well as reporting requirements. Clear communication, physical fitness, and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines are paramount in the role.SeaLink NT is seeking a local Master for weekly casual shifts. As the positions are based in Darwin, the successful candidate will need to be based locally.About YouWe are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and proven leadership skills to join our marine crew.
