About Us Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach, is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays, offering close encounters with the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and the islands of the Whitsundays. We operate 10 modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned vessels, plus a world-class sailing catamaran, providing a range of tours and inter-island resort connection services with regular daily departures.
Cruise Whitsundays also operates Australia's first underwater accommodation, Reef Suites, and a Reefsleep glamping experience at the Reefworld pontoon, moored offshore at Hardy Reef on the Great Barrier Reef.

THE OPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking Casual & Permanent Full Time Vessel Masters who hold AMSA Master You will have dynamic opportunities across the Cruise Whitsundays fleet as a respected and valued Vessel Master, supporting all products including Camira Sailing, Great Barrier Reef Adventure, and Whitehaven Beach to Resort Connections. Your primary responsibility is the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, ensuring outstanding crew performance and that each guest has an experience of a lifetime.
