Office Manager - Armidale – Part Time or Full Time (flexible) New England Surveying & Engineering (NESE) is a Land Development Consultancy Firm based in Armidale and is currently seeking an Office Manager to join their professional, supportive, and friendly team either on a full-time or part-time basis.

Position Overview:
We're able to be flexible in regards to working hours to accommodate family requirements; as such, this position is available either as a full-time or part-time position.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity. Bookkeeping using Xero, including assistance with BAS preparation. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. Payroll and superannuation. Project Support:
Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and client communications. Maintain project files and ensure proper record-keeping for compliance and audits. Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Serve as the first point of contact for new clients and vendors. Manage communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Your experience, skill set, and qualifications will include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a similar position is desirable but not required. Experience within a professional office environment is desirable but not required. Salary Range: Attractive hourly rate, dependent on experience level.
Location: Armidale.
