As the Civil Supervisor, you will be leading and managing day to day site operations and overseeing all on-site teams. Working closely with the Regional Manager your duties will include but not limited to,
Managing project requirements to meet program timelines, budgets, safety requirements and quality expectations Coordinating tool-box meetings with onsite teams Leading & Coaching all personnel on site including subcontractors Building effective relationships with key stakeholders and customers Monitoring Safety & Environmental protocols About you:
To be successful within this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within a Civil Construction environment, ideally knowledge of Utilities and Water Infrastructure projects,
In addition you will have the following key skills & experience,
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices and policies Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal Leadership capability (ideally with qualifications such as Cert IV in Frontline Management) Commitment to quality standards and meeting project expectations including financial/ budget requirements
