In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and care operations, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of the care team. Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Ensure adherence to aged care legislation, policies, and best practice guidelines. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate care delivery, implementing improvements where necessary. Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an aged care management or clinical leadership role. Strong understanding of aged care regulations and standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be AHPRA registered with full working rights within Australia. Demonstrated commitment and collaborative approach to delivering person-centered care.
