About the Role
As our Sales Representative , you'll spearhead sales initiatives, develop strategic plans, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth in your region. Working closely with our management team and marketing specialists, you'll identify new opportunities, support existing clients, and lead resellers in select locations. This is a full-time role that offers travel opportunities, rewarding challenges, and the chance to make a significant impact in the maritime sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales activities and exceed revenue targets. Generate, pursue, and convert sales leads into lasting partnerships. Negotiate contracts and establish competitive pricing strategies. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies. Prepare and present tailored sales presentations to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resellers, and suppliers. Maintain accurate client records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Stay updated on market trends and represent the company at client visits and industry events. What You Bring
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the maritime or related industries. Exceptional understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Expertise in sales strategy development, market analysis, and client relationship management. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of maritime industry products and services is a strong advantage.
