The Opportunity
Veris is hiring for experienced surveyors to work from our Proserpine offices. These positions offer the opportunity to join our talented team of exceptional surveyors on a broad range of pivotal cadastral and urban development projects.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake cadastral surveys under the supervision of a Registered Surveyor Undertake civil and building engineering surveys including construction, road set-out and audits, as constructed and feature surveys Carry out survey calculations, drafting and reports where necessary including the use of any appropriate software to facilitate. Manage and control survey submission documentation to statutory authorities About You Graduate surveyor to a surveyor with 5 years' experience in a similar role. Relevant Tertiary qualifications Proficiency with 12D, AutoCAD and modern surveying equipment The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including developers, project managers, government agencies and other consultants The ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a cohesive team, mentor other staff (where applicable), set objectives and achieve successful project outcomes Valid Australian Driver's License (manual vehicle) Our Culture
