The Opportunity
Being part of the project delivery team at Veris makes you a leader in providing Surveying and Spatial solutions. You will be focused on the management and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, solving complex logistical and technical problems, working as part of a team and continuously improving our operations.

You will play a pivotal role in successfully engaging our clients, and our internal and external stakeholders and enhancing the operational effectiveness between the Tasmanian team covering all aspects of our surveying and digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Liaise and collaborate on project delivery across the Tasmanian team. Oversee and manage the pricing, risk profile, time frames and delivery of projects. Support and/or drive internal initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence. Support the mentoring and development of team members, ensuring they have the skills required to deliver on project requirements. Proactively identify and ensure client and project responsibilities are met. Maintain and grow your key external client relationships. Comply with and promote HSEQ policies and ensure project teams follow and support our safety culture. Keep abreast of competitors, industry and technology trends. Supervise and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed to required standards, within the required time frames and delivered to a consistently high standard. Our Culture
