What you'll do: As a Verint Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting both Verint and Avaya requirements associated with project and BAU deliverables. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing processes for integrating new resources into Verint and Avaya platforms, providing advanced technical support during project design phases, managing IT incidents, offering critical support during service transitions, and regularly analysing IT services for improvement. You will also participate in initiatives to refine service offerings by implementing new technologies, optimising workflows, and developing strategies to meet evolving business demands.

Experience with ITIL is preferred, with automation experience being an added advantage.
