The role
Crown Perth's Food and Beverage department is seeking a professional and collaborative individual to take on the role of Full Time Administration Manager.
The food and beverage department at Crown Perth has the largest offering in WA with 33 restaurants and bars.
This role works closely with the management team to ensure smooth operating and compliance.
This role collaborates with departments across the business, providing support, reporting, and general administration tasks.
Your busy day will include managing the office of F&B Senior management as well as providing administrative support to the F&B Management team.
You will also coordinate the electronic management of all documents, databases, and processes within the office, and any other tasks as requested by the Senior Leaders.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
Experience with coordination of meetings, booking rooms, and preparing correspondence Significant experience in stakeholder management including working with senior management, internal teams, external clients & customers Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including telephone, email, written and verbal presentation skills High level of maturity, where confidentiality, integrity, and discretion are upheld at all times Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suites (particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Understanding/ experience related to purchasing, purchasing orders, and managing invoices Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines A flexible approach to working hours and ability to work additional hours as required Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and able to learn new programs and processes.
