Within this role you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects to time, safety, quality, community, and environmental requirements.

What You'll be Responsible for
Lead and support high performing teams to deliver relining projects on time and to budget Plan and coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery
What You'll Need to be Successful
Experience in a supervisory role within the water & sewer industry Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget Proven track record of delivering projects to a high quality standard Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team
