Title: Resource Recovery Plant Supervisor Location: Invermay, TAS, AU, 7248
The Opportunity Veolia has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Supervisor in our Resource Recovery branch based in Invermay 7250. Leading a close-knit, motivated team, your main duties would involve ensuring that the plant resource levels are maintained, monitoring the condition of plant and equipment, and ensuring that repairs and maintenance work are undertaken. You will also be responsible for assisting with the management and operational activities for the Invermay Material Recovery Facilities.

What you'll be responsible for Ensuring preventative maintenance programming and scheduling is carried out Monitor the condition of plant and equipment and ensure repairs and maintenance work are undertaken in accordance with VES guidelines Maintaining rostering to ensure correct plant resource levels Monitoring maintenance expenditure for the site to ensure costs are maintained at a reasonable level Ensuring accurate invoicing volumes are maintained via weighbridge data Liaising with freight companies including required paperwork Provide supportive leadership and facilitate regular team meetings What you'll need to be successful Drivers licence - Essential Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team Veolia's AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
