Salary: Teacher, $82,317 - $119,246 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)
This is a 36 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 Located in the Central Kimberley Region between Broome and Kununurra, most students come from the town of Halls Creek and the communities of Mardiwa Loop and Nicholson Block. Students also commute from several family communities within the Halls Creek area, such as Koongie Park Station (20 km) and Lamboo Station (40 km).

Halls Creek District High School is seeking to appoint an energetic and motivated individual to fill the role of Teacher - Health and Physical Education and join their friendly team.
The successful applicant will ideally be highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic in the promotion of Physical Education and Health within the school and will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of all school sporting events. They will also be well organised, motivated and committed to developing positive relationships and high expectations for all students.
Knowledge and competency in the Physical and Health Education component of the Western Australian (WA) Curriculum and reporting schedule is highly desirable. The ability to teach Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Physical Education Studies and/or Outdoor Education is highly desirable.
