Experience in conducting independent employment based misconduct investigations and similar reviews. Well developed conceptual, analytical and investigatory research skills, including the ability to analyse complex issues and to conceptualise realistic and practical solutions to challenging problems. Well developed written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to providing professional and quality customer service. Demonstrated ability to achieve results by leading, inspiring and developing people to deliver agreed outcomes with best use of available resources. Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Occupational Safety & Health, and how these impact on employment, people management and service delivery. Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and passionate person to the position of Manager Investigations.
The Manager Investigations is responsible for:
The management of the WACHS Integrity Unit Senior Investigators. Ensuring investigations are conducted in accordance with the relevant WA health system and WACHS policies and processes. Providing advice, education and support regarding the WACHS Integrity Function. This position is a Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Officer position.
