Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)Salary package: $91,362 - $105,165 per annum plus 17% superannuationTerms: Full time, Fixed term (until March 2025)Dynamic Event Coordination and ExecutionStrategic Marketing and CommunicationsStakeholder Engagement and Continuous ImprovementPosition overviewThe Facilities and Services Division (F&S) enables academic excellence at the ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery. The three key portfolios within the Division are Infrastructure & Planning, Operations, and Corporate. The Venues and Functions Team focuses on the safe implementation of all Functions on Campus, as well as the management of the University's functions and venues (at Kambri and Llewellyn Hall) and reservations (for the ANU Apartments all ANU Satellite Site accommodation facilities – including those at Siding Springs Observatory, Kioloa Campus and at the North Australian Research Unit). The Venues & Events Coordinator works within the Venues and Functions Team of the Facilities and Services Division's Corporate Portfolio.
