The role The Venues and Events Officer provide support to enable successful delivery of assigned Council run or supported events and day to day operations in Council managed venues through: liaising with and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to assist with the delivery of safe and successful events within the Mount Alexander Shire. managing venue and event bookings effectively and maintaining accurate records of bookings, permits, confirmations and cancellations. assisting in the delivery and reporting of the events grants process. assisting in the assessment and processing of film and tv permits in the Shire.
