About the Role: This casual position supports our events team by preparing, maintaining and delivering safe events to a high standard and assisting the business with operational duties and tasks. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and self-driven Venue Operations Officers to assist in preparing the setup and pack down of events at our facility.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Set up and pack down events according to Event Plans and Standard Setups Adhere to Operational Risk guidelines and Standard Operational Procedures Assist in venue changeovers in a timely and efficient manner Liaise with supervisors, coordinators, and managers regarding event and general duties Ensure compliance with workplace guidelines, procedures, and legislations Assist operations team to ensure setups and pack downs are completed safely and to a high standard Help with general maintenance, placement, and movement of equipment Flexibility to work a rotating roster is a must for the role including mornings, evenings and weekends Why is this a great place to work?
