As the Venue Manager for Signature Dining at The Star Gold Coast, you will be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual with expertise in premium food & beverage service. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and effective management of a dynamic team in Kiyomi and Cucina Vivo restaurants, which offer a unique crafted customer experience to our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your leadership and venue management skills throughout our property at The Star Gold Coast.
A few of your responsibilities: Manage the operational requirements of the venue and provide leadership and directionLead the selection, training and development of team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growthMaintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is effective and efficientAssist with the development and implementation of business plans for the venuesImplement strategies to increase repeat guests and positive guest experiencesCommunicate and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards are maintainedEnsure the department is compliant with policies, procedures - including Liquor Licensing, WH&S and Food SafetyWhat are we looking for: Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience within a high-end venueAbility to identify and drive additional revenue & business opportunitiesAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team membersStrong stakeholder management experience, people leadership and team engagement skillsHighly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detailAccreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol – RMLV/Approved Manager an advantageAbout you: With your exceptional leadership and hospitality management background, you will take pride in ensuring a safe and unforgettable experience for our guests.
