Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Write engaging rosters based on business demands and budget forecasts. Mentor staff to achieve peak performance in all areas. Training & Onboarding: Onboard and train new staff and provide ongoing support for current staff. Creative Promotions: Collaborate with the Owners and Directors to design and implement monthly and quarterly promotions. Sales Monitoring: Oversee daily sales, ordering, and cost management for the venue. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations for both daily trade and functions and ensure we exceed our customers' expectations in all areas. Team Communication: Coordinate regular briefings and shift handovers for effective team communication. Guest Service: Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained for all guests. Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team on menu changes, selling strategies, and service feedback. Quality Control: Maintain high presentation standards for food and beverages served. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage. Experience in a high-volume venue. Valid West Australian Red Card and food safety certificate.
