Flexibility for mornings, nights, and weekends is required.Key Responsibilities:Staff Management: Write engaging rosters based on business demands and budget forecasts. Mentor staff to achieve peak performance in all areas.Training & Onboarding: Onboard and train new staff and provide ongoing support for current staff.Creative Promotions: Collaborate with the Owners and Directors to design and implement monthly and quarterly promotions.Sales Monitoring: Oversee daily sales, ordering, and cost management for the venue.Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations for both daily trade and functions and ensure we exceed our customers' expectations in all areas.Team Communication: Coordinate regular briefings and shift handovers for effective team communication.Guest Service: Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained for all guests.Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team on menu changes, selling strategies, and service feedback.Quality Control: Maintain high presentation standards for food and beverages served.About You:At Fallow, we value dedication and teamwork.
