This role reports to the Area Manager responsible for Victoria.About the role – Come and run a BOUNCE venueA Venue Manager at BOUNCE runs a standalone venue within an established network of national and international venues, each welcoming over a million customers annually.Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:Taking responsibility for working to achieve KPI goals such as sales, occupancy rates, Safety, COGs and average spend, implementing strategies to improve these areasHaving a passion for improving venue sales and repeat visitationBeing a leader for safety in the venue by overseeing the implementation of safety initiatives, and accurately following and directing procedures in venueCoaching and developing your venue staff and supervisors aged roughly 16-24 years old, ensuring growth and development is accessible to all.Reading, responding and acting upon customer feedback to continue enhancing the experience of guests in the venue and following up with team membersManaging expenses and keeping all controllable/variable P&L expense line items within budgetMaintaining clean and safe venue presentationCash handling, customer service, food preparation and safety implementationAs Venue Manager your responsibilities will directly tie to your 6 KPIs. These include managing the venue's sales budget, labour to sales budget, customer feedback/NPS score, safety management, COGS and staff engagement/eNPS score.As Venue Manager you will be trained in world's best practice customer service delivery and venue management systems.The PerksYour personal growth will be encouraged and supported by a highly structured operating system and personal development plan shaped and delivered with your Area Manager.
