Sunny Hill Distillery Pty Ltd – Arthurton SASunny Hill Distillery is looking for a Venue Manager, someone who is a diligent and professional individual that can provide quality oversight for the daily running of the tasting room which includes:Serving customersStock control and orderingPatron bookings including using Now Book It and Order Mate POSStaff rostersIn-house events coordinatorPromotion of business and events in-house and online using social media and various websitesEnsuring staff comply with company policy/proceduresPromoting the Australian craft spirit industry and specifically what makes us unique from the restAbility to provide outstanding customer service and ensuring staff do likewise especially during busy periods of tradeExcellent communication skills both verbal and electronicPassion for the craft/independent beverages industryRSA and RP badge essentialPrevious bar experience essential (preferably in a manager role)Able to keep staff motivated, efficient, and positiveA love for craft spiritsPermanent part-time position – Minimum 30 hours per week, upwards of 38 hours over peak busy season.
