About the role
The role is for a Venue Manager and will mean working in all aspects of the venue. Working closely with the Group Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation and work towards building the business, building the customer database, designing and implementing promotions to drive revenue while helping create a service-driven culture with the existing team.
You will have at least five years' experience as a Venue Manager in a similar busy operation. Someone who thrives on a challenge and has an undiluted passion for the industry who can understand the area and clientele, maximizing the offering to reach its full potential.
The successful candidate will have a strong business sense, particularly around strategy, setting goals and driving the business forward to that next level of success. A thorough understanding of gaming operations is essential for this venue.
A hands-on approach is vital for this role, someone who doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting involved with every aspect of the business.
Skills and experience
5 or more years in a similar role Functions and marketing background Back of house skills: Banking, gaming, and rostering Experience in developing and executing operational procedures Fast-paced and energetic RSA Strong F&B knowledge Be a team leader and team player Be willing to work hands-on You will lead a multi-dimensional team to ensure smooth operational workflow of both front and back of house to ensure our customers and clients have an exceptional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
