The RoleAs the leader of this multi-faceted venue, your primary role will be to drive the venue's operation and overall success, providing leadership to various venue teams.
You will be working closely with the Group Operations Manager & Group Production and responsibilities will include:
Foster a friendly, hard-working, fun, creative, learning environment where knowledge and experience are shared with the team and across group locations.Lead and mentor the venue's many teams, including Food and Beverage, Production, Facilities, Packing, and Office Support, providing operational oversight for the Venue.Work within financial budgets, meet KPIs, and build sustainable revenue.Oversee the successful execution of the calendar of events, festivals, and promotions at the Venue.Foster positive team cultures with a solid focus on staff development.Provide input into Digital Marketing, including Social Media Engagement, SEO, and EDM's messaging to support brand and community engagement.Work closely with HR to assist in recruitment and onboarding new team members for the Venue.Ensure all OH&S requirements are met, and a safe work environment is maintained for all staff and visitors.Ensure teams maintain high levels of compliance with hygiene, food safety, and other legislative requirements, including licensing.Manage the essential services and the security of the property.Support the group leadership team on various projects.Your Ideal ExperienceWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who will thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

To be successful in this role you will have:
