Your Role as Venue Manager
In this role, you'll be a key leader responsible for driving sales, building strong community connections, and upholding exceptional service standards.
Reporting directly to the State Manager, you'll lead a management team that includes a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managers, mentoring them to become future leaders.
You'll guide strategic growth for your location, lead a high-performing team, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing Sales & Growth Focus:
Drive sales and achieve ambitious growth targets with a focus on customer loyalty and profitability.
Managing a high-revenue portfolio, you'll implement strategic initiatives to maintain and enhance national performance standards.Community Engagement & Local Outreach:
Build valuable relationships within your local area by partnering with businesses and organizations.
Through events and collaborations, you'll establish your venue as a favored community destination.Developing Future Leaders:
Mentor and support your management team, cultivating a talent pipeline and fostering career growth.
You'll monitor team engagement to ensure long-term success and morale.Operational Excellence:
Take ownership of daily operations, maintaining high standards in finance, compliance, and quality.
