VENUE MANAGER (FOR BUSY CAFES IN BALLARAT)
* A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
* Advanced Barista Skills (Latte Art, Dialling In, Trouble shooting, etc.)
* Solid People management skills (Including recruiting, training) and ability to create a healthy work environment
* A strong work ethic with a customer-focused attitude
