The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.

The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
Guests can enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space and a number of food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.

This is a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.

About you
Experience with local market knowledge in hospitality industry.
Passion, interest and confidence in coffee, wine & spirits with a focus on locally sourced product, ensuring quality and consistency of our offering.
A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
A high standard of grooming and presentation.
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.
What you will be doing?

Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
Supervise and delegate duties, ensure brand standards are maintained.
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
This is a Full-Time role - 38 hours per week.
