As a Venue Manager, you will be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is an expert within leading a luxury venue. The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented, commercially savvy and pro-active to the needs of our guests and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day operation of this luxury rooftop venue offering a unique crafted dining experience, including effective management of a dynamic team.

A few of your responsibilities: Work alongside the Assistant Venue Manager to recruit and develop team membersEnsuring RSA standards are met at all timesTeam member rostering and ordering of essential stock for the venueEnsuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venueServing Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patronsWhat are we looking for: Extensive venue management experience in high-end restaurants, executive lounges or barsA hands-on operational approach and be passionate about developing your career within hospitalityOutstanding standards, professionalism, and a commitment to guest serviceA passion for service – someone who loves to build rapport with your regular guests!Confidence to lead a large and diverse team (150+ TMs) that provides 24/7 serviceA proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail skills are highly regardedA transparent, thoughtful and consistent approach to team communicationsAccreditation in Responsible Service of AlcoholAbout you: With your exceptional attention to detail and venue management background, you will take pride in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.
