As Venue Manager, you will be the operational and strategic leader of this high-volume, multifaceted venue. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences, and continued growth.
What you'll do: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need: Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venue's operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills including working in a matrix organisationIndustry licences and accreditation: RSA, RCG and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling for NSWAble to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirementsThe benefits are good too!
