About this opportunity: As the Venue First Aid Services Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons and staff. With primary responsibility for overseeing first aid response and services throughout our venue, you'll lead a team of first aid contractors, manage equipment and stock, develop emergency policies, and provide essential training to our team on first aid protocols.

Required Skills & Experience: Registered/Enrolled Nurse or Paramedic certification.Experience administering emergency medicine in first aid situations.Demonstrated provision of first aid services in both public and multiple casualty settings.Strong project management skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities, showing initiative and flexibility.Proficiency in writing, reporting, and Microsoft Office suite.Experience in process development and a keen understanding of risk management.Excellent communication skills at all levels and a willingness to work collaboratively.Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.A proactive "can do" attitude prioritizing safety at all times.Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.Valid working rights in Australia.You must be 18 years or over.What to expect next: If this sounds like the right role for you, we look forward to receiving your application.
