Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, supportive team? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our People & Service team and provide essential end-to-end support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this key role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations, from onboarding new hires to supporting internal movements and managing employee documentation—all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating pre-employment checks, including medical and police bookings Drafting employment contracts and change of conditions letters Maintaining and updating employee files and records Ensuring compliance with right-to-work documentation Assisting with employee relocations and supporting general people projects Contributing to reporting and overall team support across the organisation About You:
A relevant degree in HR or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment About Ventia
