Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.
Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

The Mechanical Supervisors' purpose is to lead a team of Mechanical trades and oversee the mechanical maintenance programs across its designated region.
You will oversee and supervise deliverables across mechanical assets including reporting, pre-start meetings and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Planners to schedule resources, plant and equipment, travel, and materials to execute the Maintenance Plan. Oversee day-to-day activities of work crews. Perform administrative tasks - timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, completion documentation, etc. Providing coaching and support to crews. Reporting activities relating to works planned, completed, risks and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery. About You:
Experience managing skilled Mechanical trades across a diverse range of infrastructure assets. Experience on a large asset maintenance contract (Advantageous). Experience in computerised maintenance management system such as Mainpac & Maximo. C Class licence & White Card (Mandatory). Hold a Mechanical Trade certificate (Mandatory). Frontline Leadership certificate (Advantageous). Confined Space & Elevated Work Platform (EWP) - (Advantageous). Diversity
