The Role Ventia is seeking a standout HVAC Technician to join their dynamic Defence Team stationed at RAAF Base Pearce in Bullsbrook, WA. As a crucial member of the Estate Upkeep team, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and optimizing facilities and advanced HVAC systems.
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job—it's a full-time, permanent role with weekday hours from 07:00am to 03:30pm, plus ample opportunities for overtime. Imagine cruising to work in your own company-provided Tool of Trade vehicle, ensuring you arrive ready to tackle any challenge the day presents.
The payrate for this position is $42.72 per hour.

1x Rostered Day Off (RDO) per month Company car provided for work-related travel requirements Ventia offers you a flexible, supportive and inclusive work environment where you matter This role comes with the added security of being offered as a permanent position Key duties, but not limited to: Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems Contribute to overall site maintenance Perform reactive and planned preventative maintenance and testing as required via Mobility (iPad) Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services promptly and efficiently Ensure inspection results are recorded online with objective quality evidence standards Provide flexibility to meet the demands of out of hours and call out work as required Skills & Experience: WA Driver's Licence Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Experience in a HVAC role across residential, commercial and industrial work environments Willingness to travel occasionally to the different metro & remote defence sites as required The Company Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
