About the role
Our Civil teams maintain underground water and sewer systems in the Yarra Valley region and are seeking a Delivery Team Lead to manage the service delivery of the field triage, crews, and subcontractors with a focus on efficiently and effectively ensuring KPI compliance as well as leading the way for exceptional customer experience for YVW customers.
This is a permanent full-time position and is based in our Coburg North , Victoria Depot.
Duties:
Manage & coordinate personnel & resources to undertake works allocated Plan and schedule work to optimise resources Provide expert technical advice to field staff when required Supervise staff to work safely, productively, efficiently, and effectively as an integrated team Prepare scoping documents for the purpose of quoting About you:
Strong supervisory skills and experience within water or gas industry and excavation works highly considered.
5+ years field experience in water and sewer underground network maintenance Certificate III – Water Operations, desirable but not required Certificate III – Civil Construction, desirable but not required White Card Diversity
