We're seeking a permanent full time Asset Planner to be on based on site at the hospital to join our small, friendly team.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the Lifecycle, Planned Preventative Maintenance Program and Annual Works Plan in the CMMS.What We Offer You :Competitive salary package with access to employee benefits such as corporate travel discounts, novated leases, private health discounts, credit discounts and more.Free on-site parking.A dynamic, supportive, and inclusive work environment where you matter.Join one of the largest essential service providers in Australia and New Zealand, yet be a part of a small, supportive team who have a great team culture.Opportunity to excel your career by working with our business who are directly impacting our community and have access to internal career opportunities across the contract and bigger Ventia organisation.Access to a variety of Health and Wellness initiatives - including the EAP, Ventia's Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies program.What you'll be doing :Coordinate the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activity to support contract service delivery including Lifecycle Works, Planned Preventative Maintenance Program, Annual Works Plan and reactive maintenance programs.Undertake asset maintenance and performance planning, monitoring, and reporting using QFM.Prepare all required contract reporting ensuring accurate and timely reporting on contractual assets, activity and plans.Develop data reporting, such as dashboards, to support useful data analytics and support operational service delivery through Power BI.About You :The successful candidate will need to undertake a police check, working with children check and reference checks.Experience using QFM, CMMS systems and MS Office.Experience designing purpose-built dashboards, reports and business performance insights in Power BI is highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent time management and organisation skills.About Ventia / Northern Beaches HospitalVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
