Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing a Vendor Onboarding & Roster Coordinator for a 12 month contract located in Darwin, Northern Territory. (Please note that it is a requirement for interested candidates to be residents of Darwin.) You will be responsible for providing support in the delivery of Integrated Services solutions, primarily focused on liaising with Vendors / Planner and Schedulers for placeholder details and requests in the Roster. Reconciliation and auditing of the current contractor job architecture, creating and maintaining job requests in the Contractor Portal, ensuring the data within both the upstream and downstream systems align.
An insight to your duties will include:
Liaising with vendors and the Company Operations regarding the creation of job requests in LighthouseCommunicating with respective Facility Planning & Scheduling Teams to gain insight into planned and upcoming workLiaising with vendors for onboarding / rostering and travel requirementsResourcing approvals & compliance checks for travel readinessChecking any 'to be confirmed' (TBCs) to be named and follow up with VendorsContacting Vendors for helo delays / changes as advised by Roster CoordinatorsAdd MSIC Dispensations and email addresses into Da WinciAdditional baggage from Aviation Operations and update rosters for all Vendor requestsTraining and upskilling of Vendors on use of the contractor portalOffboarding once work scope requirements completeSupply VISA Letter of IntentWorking with Support personnel on problem resolution and escalationRequirements Previous experience in Vendor onboarding administration processesDemonstrated experience in Company policies and proceduresExperience in business process change and training end users within the Oil & Gas and Mining industry sectorsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with SuccessFactors (SAP)MyPass or similar contractor competency management and onboarding systemsStrong team supportHighly organised, self-motivated and results drivenOwn transport and Driver's LicenceBrunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
