Facilitate ongoing professional growth and maintain engagement within the translator community. Compliance Management Maintain a register of each translator's NAATI certifications. Maintain records of each translator's curriculum vitae and qualifications. Monitor certification expiration dates and ensure timely renewal. Verify and update certification records in the database regularly. Regularly update the ISO Framework Manual as a dynamic document, incorporating necessary changes to procedures, vendor qualifications, and project records to maintain audit readiness. Organise periodic training or refresher sessions for the team on ISO 17100 workflows and compliance requirements. Collect feedback on ISO compliance from the team, flagging any deviations and implementing corrective actions to uphold certification standards. You have excellent organisational skills and proven abilities in project management.
