Your missions
Are you ready to make a significant impact by partnering with business owners for comprehensive supplier lifecycle management?
As a key member of our team, you will:
Enhance Supplier Relationships: Support stakeholders with regular reporting and foster strong supplier relationships.
Drive Vendor Performance: Continuously monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost and service improvements.
Innovate Processes: Develop and implement processes and toolkits to accelerate our vendor management program, focusing on supplier rationalization, third-party risk management, and supplier governance.
Ensure Compliance: Create and implement procedures that comply with relevant regulations such as CSSF 22/806, DORA, and others across our global operations (Singapore, Liechtenstein, Australia, etc.).
Coordinate Vendor Activities: Resolve issues and build strong relationships between vendors and the bank.
Negotiate Contracts: Secure effective commercial and contractual arrangements with existing suppliers.
Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with diverse stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business AML, Legal, Risk, Governance, Finance, Compliance) to deliver impactful outcomes.

Your ideal profile
At least 7 years in vendor management, third-party risk management, sourcing, category management, outsourcing, or IT operations.
Good understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity). A multidisciplinary background is an asset.
Experience in negotiating, implementing, and managing outsourcing engagements with large enterprise suppliers, especially in the financial sector.
Knowledge of regulations such as DORA, EBA, CSSF, GDPR, EUDPR, and equivalents in our jurisdictions (MAS, FMA, PRA/FCA).
Exceptional attention to detail, delivering outstanding customer service, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage disputes efficiently, create consensus among stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership with the ability to work autonomously.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in other relevant languages is an asset.
