And we've been doing it for over 170 years.If we do our job well, we genuinely add to the prosperity of our country and its people.How you'll make an impactSupport the Wrap Platforms business in Vendor Governance activities to assist the business in optimising relationships and managing risk.Main focus areas will include but are not limited to:Ensure there is clear ownership of vendors across the Platforms business and that regulatory requirements are met and oversight processes are being adhered to.Provide vendor governance insights and reporting to support transparency and performance monitoring.Accountable for the completion of assigned deliverables with little day-to-day management.Fairly autonomous day to day but require guidance on more complex issues.What you will bring to the teamIdeally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:2+ years in a similar role.Experience in Vendor Management and Governance Processes.2+ years' relevant professional and/or supervisory experience, and industry/tertiary qualifications.Understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.Applies broad understanding of a specialised discipline and basic understanding of other disciplines.Experienced understanding of own Sub-Division/Division; and broad understanding of the overall Group and its competitive environment.Sets and achieves operational targets, objectives or service standards with a short to medium term focus, that directly impact the results of a department.Applies emerging technical capability within own operational area/department.Analyse both routine and varied issues of differing complexity and modifies working methods/processes in own job, sometimes without the benefit of defined procedures.Applies good problem-solving skills as scope of issues may be only vaguely defined or difficult.Ability to work cohesively with senior staff when dealing with complex issues or larger clients, prospects, projects, accounts, relationships.You'll thrive here if...If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you'll do well here.
