Our opportunity As Vendor Analyst, you will ensure that Digital effectively manages its portfolio of vendors throughout the lifecycle.
Digital engages vendors for several reasons, including outsourcing key operational activities and provision of technology solutions and services.
This role will report to the Group Manager, Digital Workplace Experience.

Your responsibilities will include: Lead the development and oversight of the Digital Vendor Management framework, including a RACI matrix, in conjunction with the Group Manager, Digital Workplace Experience, Digital Leadership Team (DLT), which aligns with enterprise standards. Lead the day-to-day management of Digital strategic vendors, working with the Digital Leadership Team (DLT) and Procurement for endorsement and escalation as required. Support Procurement and Digital Leadership team in strategic negotiations, renewals, and tenders, through effective data gathering and stakeholder coordination. Responsible for operational execution and compliance with Mirvac's Procurement vendor management policies in Digital. Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and maintaining a repository of vendors, as well as assisting with purchase orders. Facilitate regular meetings with critical vendors, assess performance, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and ensure compliance, escalating issues to DLT and Procurement as necessary. Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Finance), ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and vendors comply with Mirvac policies and standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with invoice reconciliations as required. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into vendor management operations. Your point of difference You are an IT professional with 8+ years of IT experience in information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking specializing in aspects of IT security.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in vendor management, preferably within a digitally-focused environment.

You will also have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. In-depth knowledge of Information Security principles and practices. Strong understanding of the principles of identity, risk management, and audit. Ability to guide and influence senior management. Attention to detail and be meticulous in planning and reporting. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work in high-pressure situations. Good understanding of ITIL concepts and ITSM toolsets. Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality with strong results and customer focus. Empathetic, with a keen sense of customer service and stakeholder management skills. Diverse thinking and inclusive mindset aligning to Mirvac Values and Digital@Mirvac Culture Code. Strong strategic thinking and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously. Solid understanding of contract negotiation, administration, and vendor performance metrics. Proven track record of optimizing vendor relationships and processes for improved performance and cost savings. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the aptitude to handle relations with both vendors and company executives. Detail-oriented with robust organizational and project management skills. Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic digital business setting.
