Vendor Analyst Key Points Higher Education 12-month Contract role Part of a critical team in a large piece of work.
Overview of the role A Vendor Analyst is being sought by this client to support the relevant branch and their delivery partners, contributing to the establishment of the this University body.
Role Overview; Reporting to the Vendor Assurance Manager, this role will be primarily responsible for coordinating resourcing requirements, RFQ management, vendor liaison.
There is some processing and  timesheet management, and purchase order reconciliation.
Key Experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in contract administration, invoicing and  payments reconciliation, as well as vendor financial and purchase order  management.
• Exemplary process governance and document management skills,  • Proficiency in the M365 suite.
• Understanding of Commercial Management, Quality Assurance,  Vendor Management.
• Support the Senior Vendor Analyst and Vendor Assurance Manager as need be.
