Join the Team at a Prestigious Macclesfield Car Dealership. Richard Abson Group is working closely with a main dealer seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join a leading car dealership in Stockport. Our client is looking for passionate individuals with a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in vehicle maintenance to fill both PDI and service technician roles.
Key Requirements:Qualifications: Level 2 NVQ in vehicle maintenance or higher. MOT certification is preferred but not essential.Experience: Experience working in a main dealership, fast-fit centre, or similar automotive environment.Skills: Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.What's on Offer:Competitive Salary: Starting salaries range from £26,604 for PDI/Prep Techs to £32,146 for qualified service technicians.Lucrative Bonus: Earn a realistic bonus of up to £7,000 per year.Overtime Opportunities: Take advantage of overtime work to increase your earnings.Career Progression: Opportunities for advancement to diagnostic and accredited technician roles, with higher salaries.Benefits Package: Enjoy a competitive benefits package, including paid time off and company perks.Working Hours:Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Paid overtime).
