We are currently looking to fill the positions of Vehicle Painters, Panel Beaters, Motor Mechanics, and Estimators.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, the below skills and attributes are also essential.
Vehicle Painters: Experience as an Automotive Spray Painter Proficient in colour mixing using computer software and paint codes Skilled at adjusting colours for accurate matches Capable of performing both minor spot repairs and larger projects Familiarity with water-based paints Comfortable working independently Valid driver's license Panel Beaters: Background in panel beating within the smash repair industry Proficient in replacing parts damaged in accidents Skilled at replacing welded panels Capable of repairing damaged panels with minimal use of filler Experience with welding techniques Knowledge of manufacturer repair methods Valid driver's license Mechanics: Experience as a service technician Familiarity with brakes, steering, and suspension systems Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems Capable of performing diagnostic assessments Experience with air conditioning systems is a plus Estimators: Background in estimating repair costs for vehicles damaged in accidents for insurance providers Trade background as a panel beater, spray painter, or mechanic Professional demeanour and appearance Experience in customer service roles Skilled at negotiating with insurance representatives Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures Strong time management abilities A remuneration package between $73,150 - $90,000 will be available to the successful candidates.
