About the role Be the face of Carma to our customers! As the Handover Specialist, you'll get to personally deliver and introduce Carma customers to their vehicle after they have completed their digital journey with us. Bring your great people skills into a role where no two days are the same.
ResponsibilitiesCarry out smooth handovers with customers - sometimes onsite at Carma, other times delivering to a customer's house - ensuring they are just as delighted with their vehicle as we are!Introduce the customer to their new purchase - show off all the features and benefits and answer all the questions that they havePick up and inspect trade-in vehiclesAct as the middle person between internal teams at Carma and the customer, addressing all questions on the spot, or escalating if necessaryPresent our customers with their Carma present on arrivalMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements and keep notes and paperwork updatedAbout youYou will have a customer-first attitude at all times and ideally have worked in a customer-facing role previouslyA passion for cars and the automotive industry - or eager to learn!Confident problem solver and decision-makerAdaptability and a knack for multitasking and prioritisingFlexible schedule to accommodate rotating shifts (including some weekends!)Hold a valid NSW driver licence and be able to drive manual cars (if you're keen to upgrade your licence to HR, we can help with that - but not a requirement!)Working at CarmaWe are proud to offer an EAP that supports you and your family round the clock, in and outside of work Generous savings on all cars, car parts, NRMA cover, novated leases, and finance discountsGreat company culture, we love a social event, from team breakfasts to end-of-month drinks or milestone celebrations, we'll celebrate all the wins!
