Administration Assistant/ Vehicle Coordinator Monday to Friday Position (approx 7 month maternity leave cover) 8 hour days with flexible start & finish times $36.23 per hour About the role: Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Officer for a Vehicle Coordinator position.
The role is a short term, 7 month maternity leave position.
What you will be doing: Coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, and allocation of vehicles.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the vehicle fleet.
Communicate with internal staff and external service providers to ensure smooth vehicle operations.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
What You Need Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a vehicle coordination or logistics environment.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using Pulse or Otracom advantageous but not essential High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
