About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Body Builder/Maker to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position located in all areas of Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities Assess the vehicle's damage to determine how to perform the restoration work.Ensure the chassis crush is properly maintained & used appropriately.Treat company equipment with the same respect for your own tools.Advise the Parts Interpreter of any additional parts required not originally quoted on the estimate.Co-ordinate with other workers in the workshop to ensure the workflow is appropriately placed.Notify of any product shortages which would restrict production.Check the schedule daily to ensure time-frames are met.About You Trade qualified.Mechanical knowledge to assist in the usage and maintenance of tools.Previous experience in a similar role.Strong commitment to work in a safe manner.Excellent communication skills.High attention to detail.Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Be reliable, punctual & hardworking.Own tools to fulfil the role.We Are Leaders In The Repair Industry And Offer Team environment.Ongoing training.Career opportunity.Latest tools, equipment and process.Great opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeople.Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson $60-$80k.Mid-Senior tradesperson $80k-$100k.Annual salary and the opportunity to earn a production bonus.To become a member of our team you must have:
